Returns

How to Initiate a Return:
- To start a return, please contact our customer service at alex@cocofib.com to obtain a return authorization number (RAN).
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email.

Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment provider.
